Tsiolkovsky Aerospace City, also known as the Tsiolkovsky Launch Center, is located in the far north of Kowloong, south of New Murmansk on the Kola Peninsula. It was built under the supervision of Dr. Tsiolkovsky, with construction funded by the Kowloong Chamber of Commerce.
The city housed the most advanced aerospace testing facilities of the Golden Age, oversaw the launch of the Dawn-III spacecraft, and conducted the research, development, and technical verification of Eden-I. It also contained a top-secret aerospace project codenamed Bifrost, a magnetic accelerator track for spacecraft.
After the Punishing Virus outbreak, Aerospace City sealed itself off entirely once the Central Purification Filter was completed. The Kowloong Science Council, under Qu's directive, devoted all research resources to the Tabula Akasha project instead.
On ██/██/████, Science Council Section 1 detected an abnormally high-power signal south of the Kola Peninsula during a routine surface scan. The signal was actively targeting Babylonia. After narrowing down the approximate source location, it was confirmed to have originated from the city.
Gray Raven Commandant and Liv were deployed to conduct a reconnaissance mission on the surface to investigate the anomaly and locate the city.
Exploration Logs
The following logs were transcribed from Liv. Timestamps are approximate. The electromagnetic interference caused persistent clock drift.

Final Assessment
After the battle, Yulia assumed the role of acting governor with the support of the city's remaining human population. Once Bifrost ceased charging, communications across Aerospace City were restored, and direct contact with Babylonia resumed.
Subsequent discussions between Babylonia's Diplomatic Court and Aerospace City ended with an agreement to pursue the joint development of Bifrost rather than allow it to remain a weapon of war. Babylonia also provided reconstruction supplies and assisted the city in clearing the surrounding forests and establishing new settlements for refugees from the far north.
During the post-crisis investigation, the existence of the Church of Machina was formally disclosed to the Gray Raven Commandant through Cervantes, one of its members. This confirmed that the conflict at Aerospace City was tied not only to the city's internal history, but also to the Church's hidden struggle against Schulz, the Emperor. Although Veronica withdrew to pursue him, Schulz himself escaped in code form and remains at large.
Despite the losses suffered by both humans and mechanoids, the city did not collapse into permanent war. Aerospace City instead preserved a fragile possibility for coexistence. In the months that followed, Bifrost's launch track was reclaimed for reconstruction and memorial purposes, culminating in Yulia's decision to send the remains of the fallen human and mechanoid alike — toward the stars.
